Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The number of shiitake mushrooms depends on the size. Remove the bottom of the shiitake mushroom and cut it into bite-size pieces.

Put 2 tablespoons of frying powder and shiitake mushrooms in the bag and shake them together.

Half of the shiitake mushrooms are covered with batter and half with frying powder. Half and half

Fry the bread crumbs first and fry them twice.

Making Sauce
Add 150ml of cold water to 1 tablespoon of potato starch and mix.
STEP 6/7
Add potato starch water, 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of apple vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Boil and add vegetables.
Stir-fry carrots, apples, and onions, then add a little bit of red pepper and bok choy.
STEP 7/7
If you dip it in the sauce and put a vegetable on it, it's so delicious.
Fry the bread crumbs later. The oil gets dirty and burns quickly, so fry the bread crumbs twice a little faster. You can use different kinds of vegetables. For example, cucumbers and paprika are also good. Please refer to the video.
